BBQ- 56 years in the making!

MenuOne thing that keeps families returning year after year since 1961 is the world famous BBQ beef ribs! It all begins with our 56 year old recipe for barbeque sauce. A perfect ‘made from scratch’ mixture of hickory, brown sugar, citrus_MG_3089 and onions are the foundations for flavor. Best part is… our sauce is also naturally GLUTEN FREE and can be enjoyed by many! People from all over the country stop in to buy our famous sauce by the gallon or the pint. Use our barbeque sauce on pork, chicken, and beef while grilling. Next we tmcrfoodake only the best Angus center cut beef ribs and begin the 8 hour process of slow cooking. Our king of the kitchen, Ray takes extra special care in seeing that every batch of barbeque sauce and ribs are made to perfection. Ray’s ribs are so popular they are available in the Dutchman’s Hide Out as a single serving or apart of the all you can eat meal in the family style dining room of the Mining Camp. Easy Crockpot BBQ Sandwiches- Choose from either beef chuck roast,  chicken breasts, or pork butt. Place in crockpot smothered in our Mining Camp Barbeque sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours. Serve hot on some Mining Camp fresh baked rolls. Freeze left overs for a quick meal later in the week.
